If you want to be the kind of educator who transforms classrooms into spaces of inclusion and empowerment, Montclair’s Master of Education in Teaching for Equity and Justice will prepare you to lead with purpose.

This 30-credit program is designed for practicing teachers with a minimum of three years experience who are committed to advancing equity in education. You’ll explore how race, culture, language and identity shape the learning experience, and you’ll develop strategies to create classrooms where all students feel seen, valued and supported.
