One third of your life is spent working. That's roughly 90,000 hours at work over your lifetime! But only about 50% of American workers are very satisfied with their jobs. If you are curious about people at work or you are interested in how to make work better for more people, you might consider becoming an Industrial and Organizational psychologist.

Industrial and Organizational Psychologists study people at work and apply psychological knowledge and research methods to improve the work environment. To learn more about this career and what Montclair has to offer, register for this information session below.
