Meet the panelists:

• Nick Cousar started out as a Program Coordinator for Family Connections working with at risk youth. In October 2022, he was hired at North Star Academy Charter School as a Social Worker. He later returned to Family Connections as a Supervisor where he now supervises 6 staff.
• Allison Inga specializes in working with youth and adolescents who have cognitive delays or impairments, sensory disabilities, emotional dysregulation, and those on the autism spectrum, providing case management, crisis interventions, risk assessments, and therapy within public schools.
• Alexandra Paez-Ferreira, LSW, LMSW, SIFI is a Regional Supervisor, overseeing a team focused on providing comprehensive support for unaccompanied children through home studies and post-release services. With expertise in trauma-informed care, Alexandra ensures their team approaches each case with sensitivity and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
