Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

Join us on June 4, 2024 from 6:00PM (EST) for a virtual info session to discuss Montclair's newly launched program: Master of Education in Teaching for Equity and Justice. During this session, you will meet directly with the Graduate Program Coordinator. Program overview, curriculum, and overall program expectations will be addressed.

    About the Program

The M.Ed. in Teaching for Equity and Justice program is unique in that, while core courses focus on traditional areas of interest for all educators (e.g. curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and teacher research), each of these topics is explored through a lens of equity and social justice in education. The program incorporates a specialization in a number of Montclair’s existing programs, with both online and in-person coursework modalities. Those who have completed or are currently enrolled in one of the certificate or certification programs listed below at Montclair in the past five years may have up to 18 credits apply toward completion of the program.
