Audiology (AuD)

Montclair's 118-credit Doctor of Audiology program prepares students to become hearing and balance specialists through advanced study in the science of hearing, anatomy, neuroscience, and patient care across the lifespan. In this session, you'll learn how the program combines hands-on clinical training, applied research, and a full-time externship to prepare graduates for rewarding careers in healthcare, education, and industry.

Gain hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, hearing technologies, and patient assessment and treatment across the lifespan.
Learn through a comprehensive 11-semester program that can be completed in 4 years, including summers.
Complete a nine-month, full-time externship at an audiology clinic while building applied research skills.
See how the program prepares graduates for licensure in New Jersey and certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
