Human Resources Management Certificate (Online)

Montclair's 9-credit online Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate equips students with practical skills to manage people strategically, support organizational goals, and navigate complex workplace challenges. In this session, you'll learn how the program combines flexible online study with applied HR knowledge in talent management, employee relations, coaching, and analytics.

Study fully online in an asynchronous format designed for working professionals.
Build expertise in talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, coaching, and data-driven HR decision-making.
Complete six 1.5-credit graduate-level courses in as few as 12 months.
Prepare for roles such as recruiter, HR analyst, employee relations specialist, training and development coordinator, and HR manager, with all credits applicable toward Montclair's online MS in Human Resource Analytics and some transferable to the MBA.
