Industrial and Organizational Psychology (PhD)

Montclair's STEM-designated PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology prepares students to study and improve human behavior in workplaces through a strong scientist-practitioner model. In this session, you'll learn how the program combines advanced research training, business coursework, experiential projects, and faculty mentorship to prepare graduates for leadership in academia, consulting, business, and data-driven organizational settings.
