Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) Certificate (Online)

Montclair's 12-credit online MTSS Certificate helps K-12 educators and school-based professionals strengthen equitable, data-driven systems that support students' academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health needs. In this session, you'll learn how the program combines practical strategy, field-based learning, and flexible online delivery to help you improve student outcomes and lead effective support systems.

Complete four online, synchronous courses designed for educators, school psychologists, administrators, and other school-based professionals.
Build practical expertise in MTSS implementation, data-based decision-making, tiered interventions, and sustainable school-wide systems.
Develop a personalized MTSS action plan through needs assessment, resource mapping, and a capstone implementation project.
Finish in under a year through four 7-week modules with evening live sessions and small cohort support.
