Sustainability Science (MS )

Montclair's STEM-designated Sustainability Science MS is an interdisciplinary graduate program that integrates science, policy, and practical tools to prepare students for leadership in environmental sustainability. In this session, you'll learn how the program builds advanced skills in environmental monitoring, GIS, data analysis, and sustainable resource management through research, fieldwork, and faculty collaboration.

Explore two concentrations: General and Sustainability Leadership.
Build expertise in environmental monitoring, GIS, geochemistry, energy systems, policy, ethics, and communication.
Gain hands-on experience through research projects, fieldwork, capstone work, and applied internships.
