This STEM-designated dual degree combines graduate study in nutrition, food science and food systems with an MBA curriculum focused on management, finance, strategy, innovation and problem-solving. The program is designed for students who want to build knowledge across both areas and prepare for leadership opportunities throughout the food, nutrition, wellness and health industries.
Two Degrees. One Integrated Graduate Experience.
The 54–55 credit program allows students to complete both an MS in Nutrition and Food Science and an MBA through a coordinated curriculum. Courses are offered in a flexible hybrid format that includes evening, asynchronous online and live online learning opportunities.
